After attending FIT and majoring in photography, Jessica attended Hofstra University where she received a BA in art history and education. She briefly worked for a legal firm before joining Schuckman Realty in 2005 where she discovered her passion for real estate.
After obtaining her real estate license, Jessica served as marketing director of Schuckman Realty while simultaneously working on property assignments for a variety of clients.
Jessica’s area of specialization is in retail leasing on Long Island where she works with landlords and tenants to help each achieve their real estate goals. Jessica has worked with large tenants such as Lidl Market, CVS Pharmacy, Cumberland Farms, as well as Large Shopping Center owners such as Midwood Development, Regency Centers and Philips International.
