Plainview, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of over 55,000 SF of retail space at the Morton Village Shopping Center since their involvement with the center began in 2018. Located at 998-1054 Old Country Road, Plainview, Morton Village features 114,946 SF of GLA, the eight leases which comprise the Schuckman team’s effort represent 47% of the capacity.
Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS, Jessica Vilmenay and Kenneth Schuckman of Schuckman Realty Inc., with the cooperation of Andrew Aberham of Philips International, represented the landlord in eight leases including the following:
Lidl Supermarket – 28,500 SF
Ace Hardware – 9,624 SF
Solar Salon – 6,525 SF
Burger Bar – 3000 SF
A.J. Nails – 2,866 SF
Mathnasium – 2,000 SF
Japan Express Restaurant- 1,450 SF
Sababa Pizza – 1,125 SF
The above-named tenants are all open and operating, with the exception of Sababa Pizza, which is expected to open shortly; they join existing national tenants such as CVS, Verizon, Chase Bank, Davis Vision, UPS Store, Subway and more. In addition, there is still 8,450 SF of divisible space remaining to be leased, which represents approximately 7.25% of the total GLA of the center.
