Brooklyn, NY: Lidl, the international supermarket chain, is set to open a large 30,000-square-foot flagship store in 2025 at 490 Fulton Street, located in the Fulton Street Mall, Downtown Brooklyn. This prime retail space, formerly occupied by Raymour & Flanigan and Swarovski, marks a significant expansion for Lidl in the New York area.
The deal was brokered by Kenneth Schuckman and Jessica Vilmenay of Schuckman Realty as the sole brokers, with Richard Chera of Crown Acquisitions representing the property owners in-house.
Schuckman Realty has been representing Lidl in their strategic expansion in Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. The Fulton Street location will complement the other strategic deals signed in Brooklyn, Crown Heights, Park slope, as well as a number of other locations soon to be announced.
