Inwood, NY: The Kosher Wholesale Supermarket Bingo, is expected to open in the Burnside Commons Shopping Center at 603 Burnside Avenue, Inwood, NY 11096, on February 12th, where it will anchor the 100,219 square-foot center.
Edward Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty represented Bingo Wholesale, as well as landlord Urban Edge, in the 61,669 square-foot lease transaction. Mr. Gottlieb is also handling the leasing of the last two retail spaces remaining at bustling Burnside Commons on behalf of Urban Edge.
