FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Schuckman Realty Brings Three new Lidl Location to Queens and Brooklyn
Rockville Centre, NY; Lidl Markets will be opening three new locations across Queens and Brooklyn. Schuckman realty exclusively represented Lidl in the following transactions.
The new Queens Lidl will be located in the Queens Place Mall, at 8801 Queens Blvd, Queens, NY 11373. This will be the first supermarket in the Queens Place Mall. Lidl’s other Queens location is at 19-30th Street in Astoria.
The Queens Place Mall location will be an approximately 35,000 square foot store. Lidl will replace DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse formerly in the mall space.
Lidl Markets will also be opening two Brooklyn Locations in Park Slope and Crown Heights.
The Park Slope location is 120 5th Avenue, Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY 11217. The former Key Food site is being developed as a residential and retail complex with Lidl as a centerpiece of the project, signing a lease for a new 25,000 square foot community supermarket.
Lidl Markets will be opening a new 33,000 square foot Crown Heights location at 1730 Bedford Avenue, Crown Heights Brooklyn, NY 11225.
