Jessica Vilmenay Promoted to Executive Vice President at Schuckman Realty

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY – May 14, 2025 – Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Vilmenay to Executive Vice President. This promotion reflects consistent contributions made during her 20 years at Schuckman Realty as well as her expanding leadership role within the organization. Prior to being named executive vice president, Jessica served as the company’s Managing Director.

Jessica’s primary area of expertise is retail leasing on Long Island, where she works closely with both landlords and tenants to meet strategic leasing goals. Jessica is currently the lead broker on three large projects in New York, the revitalized Shops on Broadway, formerly Broadway Commons Mall, which is being redeveloped and released to an exciting line up of new tenants, the Whitestone Shopping Center, which is also undergoing center enhancements and the New City Center in Rockland County which is being completely redeveloped and re-tenanted.

During her tenure, Jessica has successfully represented major national retailers including Lidl Market, CVS Pharmacy, and Cumberland Farms, and has worked on behalf of institutional property owners such as Midwood Development, Regency Centers, Philips International and BTF Capital.

In her new role as Executive Vice President, Jessica will continue to lead retail leasing initiatives and expand her involvement in strategic planning and business development for the firm.
