Schuckman Realty Represents Lidl Market in Expansion with Two New Long Island Locations

Long Island, NY; Lidl Markets will be adding two more locations to their Long Island fleet of food markets with the addition of a Garden City Park location in Nassau, and a Deer Park location in Suffolk.

The Garden City Park location will be an approximately 27,950 square foot store located at 2475 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, where Lidl will anchor an existing shopping center formerly occupied by Waldbaums Supermarkets.

In Deer Park, Suffolk County, Lidl will be building a 32,000 square foot prototype store across from Home Depot and Stop & Shop at 450 Commack Road, Deer Park, NY 11729.

Kenneth Schuckman and Jessica Vilmenay of Schuckman Realty Inc represented Lidl in both transactions and Schuckman Realty Inc, also represents Lidl in their strategic expansion in Brooklyn and Queens, as well as Nassau and Suffolk; a number of additional deals are in negotiations throughout the territory, to be announced soon.
