I’ve spent my entire career at the intersection of retail, finance, and real estate — and I’m passionate about creating the kinds of deals that help businesses grow and communities thrive.
After earning a double major in Finance and Management from NYU, I began my career in corporate finance at Bloomingdale’s before spending 25 years running and expanding my family’s retail business. That experience shaped everything I am today: a leader who understands retail from the inside out — operations, customers, leases, margins, and what makes a store truly work.
In 2009, I brought that real-world perspective to commercial real estate when I joined Schuckman Realty, where I now represent over one million square feet of shopping center space across Metro New York. I specialize in shaping long-term, mutually beneficial landlord-tenant relationships and delivering deals that make sense — financially and strategically.

My sales experience spans shopping centers, office buildings, bank branches, gas stations, and extensive NNN/1031 exchange transactions.
