Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty Leases Garden City Park Retail Space to Diamond Braces.
Garden City Park, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 2,000 SF retail space at “The Point at Garden City Park” Shopping Center, located at 2313 Jericho Turnpike, Garden City Park, NY.
Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the landlord, Regency Centers. The tenant, Diamond Braces was represented by Matthew Kucker of Colliers. The 10-year lease was signed on March 1, 2022.
This very desirable dental practice was attracted to the “The Point” Shopping Center after Regency Centers completed a comprehensive renovation of the center, including a new façade and wide range of site improvements. Diamond Braces is expected to open October 1st, 2022.
