Schuckman Realty Leases Oceanside Shopping Center Space to Chip City Cookies
Oceanside, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 1,350 square foot retail endcap space in Trader Joe’s anchored Brooke Plaza at 3446 Long Beach Road, Oceanside NY 11572 to Chip City Cookies.
Edward Gottlieb CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc and Brandon Seidenberg represented the landlord. Eddie Mamiye of Stately Ventures represented the tenant Chip City.
Chip City Cookies is expected to open in June 2022
