Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty Leases Restaurant Space at Captree Village Shopping Center to Tropical Smoothie Café and Chiddy’s Cheese Steaks
West Islip, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of two retail restaurant spaces at 494 and 510 Union Boulevard, West Islip, NY 11795 to Tropical Smoothie Café and Chiddy’s Cheese Steaks.
Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the landlord in a ten-year lease, for approximately 1,600 square feet in the Captree Village Shopping Center. Rob Brennan of RIPCO Real Estate, represented the tenant, Tropical Smoothie Café.
Mr Gottlieb also represented the landlord in another ten-year lease at Captree Village Shopping Center for approximately 1,200 square feet to Chiddy’s Cheese Steaks.
Tropical Smoothie Café and Chiddy’s Cheese Steaks will join national tenants such as Wild by Nature Supermarket, RiteAid, the USPS, Dollar Tree, Sterling National Bank and many more at the Captree Village Shopping Center. Tropical Smoothie Café and Chiddy’s Cheese Steaks are expected to open in the second quarter of 2021.
