Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty Facilitates Sale of Two Long Island Gas Station Properties
Rockville Centre, NY; Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the sale of two Long Island Gas Station Properties. The properties are in Farmingdale and Westbury.
The Farmingdale property located at 566 Fulton Street, Farmingdale, NY 11735, sold for $2,300,000. The property consists of an 1,800 SF Building on 8,000 SF lot, currently operating as a Mobil gas station and convenience store.
The Westbury property located at 864 Carman Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590 sold for $2,800,000. The property consists of a 1,200 SF Building on a 16,000 SF lot and is currently operating as a Mobil Gas Station and Bolla Market.

“The buyer of both properties was looking to take advantage of accelerated depreciation while maintaining a market cap rate with long term tenants.” Mr. Gottlieb noted.
