Deer Park, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 1.5-acre corner development site at 450 Commack Road, Deer Park, NY 11729. The site will be developed for a convenience store with gas sales.
Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the tenant, Bolla Market, and Kenneth Schuckman and Jessica Vilmenay, also of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord.
The gas and convenience store are expected to open in 2022 and will provide a state-of-the-art gasoline and diesel fuel sales with a branded convenience store with many fast-food options such as Burger King, Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut and Red Mango.
