Sam Schertz is a member of the Schuckman Realty Investment Sales Team, where he focuses on the sale of investment properties in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail and Development sectors throughout the NYC Boroughs and Long Island Markets.
Mr. Schertz has a strong relationships with his clients, keeping it his main priority to provide the best service and knowledge for their Real Estate needs. Prior to joining Schuckman Realty Inc. Mr. Schertz was an Associate Director at Avison Young’s Tri-State Investment Sales Team where he focused on the sale and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use assets in the Boroughs of NYC. Mr. Schertz has been involved in over a billion dollars worth of Real Estate Transactions throughout his career.
Mr. Schertz earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University, and is a licensed associate real estate broker in the State of New York.
