Bronx, NY: Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the sale of two multi-family properties in the Bronx. The properties included a 72,670 square foot building at 2515 University Avenue, and a 63,720 square foot building at 1158 Boynton Ave in Bronx NY. The portfolio of 131-units was sold for $9,350,000, ($71,373 per unit). The owner was represented by Sam Schertz of Schuckman Realty’s Investment Sales team.
Mr. Schertz concluded; “Although the markets have been tough, we continue to work on special opportunities that are great deals for today’s market.”
