Schertz of Schuckman Realty Sells Greenpoint Multi-Family Building
Brooklyn, NY; Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the sale of a multi-family building at 108 Calyer Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
The building located on Calyer Street between Banker Street and Clifford Place, features eight apartments on four floors.
The sale closed on December 9th and sold for $4,775,000. Sam Schertz, along with Joseph Rosenfeld and Baruch Edelkopf of Schuckman Realty represented both sides of the deal. The seller was Joel Hirsh at Quality Capital, and the buyer was Pir Grandoff & Douglass Baillie of Aperture Holdings.
Aperture has been one of the strongest buyers in the Brooklyn Market since the onset of the pandemic. Greenpoint Market has been one of the cities strongest markets this year.
Schuckman Realty has a few similar buildings under contract in the Brooklyn markets and is constantly coming out with new deals.
