Brooklyn, NY; Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the sale of a mixed-use building at 374 -376 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231. The sale closed on October 8th and sold for $5,880,000 which is $796 dollars a square foot.
The 7,400 square foot building located on between Carroll Street and President Street, features six apartments and two ground level retail stores and falls under the protected tax class 2B. Schuckman Realty Investments Sales team member Sam Schertz represented both the seller Tissa Management and buyer Alchemy Ventures. Alchemy has been one of the foremost active buyers throughout the pandemic and has been purchasing similar buildings in Carroll Gardens and is very excited about this opportunity.
