Matt Colantonio graduated from Brown University in 2011 with bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History. After Brown, Matt went on to play four years of professional baseball in the San Diego Padres and Cleveland Indians organizations. In the later years of his baseball career, he began working at NYC middle-markets powerhouse Massey Knakal in the offseason, and later joined full-time as an Investment Sales Associate specializing in the Downtown Manhattan markets. After 4 years with Massey Knakal and 6 months at Cushman & Wakefield, who acquired Massey Knakal in 2014, Matt joined Schuckman Realty Inc. and has worked primarily Investment Sales throughout all NY Metro markets and asset classes and has recently expanded into the national single-tenant net lease investment sales market.
Some of his more prominent transactions include the $17.5M sale of 92 Main Street in Yonkers, the $16M sale of 998 Franklin Ave in Garden City, the $6.6M sale of the Maggiano’s at the Roosevelt Field Mall, the $5.3M sale of 2 Lincoln Ave in Rockville Centre, and the retail leasing of 150 E 42nd Street in Manhattan. Matt recently opened Schuckman’s West Coast Office in Orange County, CA, is a member of ICSC, was recognized in 2017 as one of Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30, and is an avid golfer.
