This is a full-time mostly on-site role for an Investment Sales Associate within the experienced and growing Investment Sales Team at Schuckman Realty Inc. The Investment Sales Associate will be responsible for research, market analysis, investment sales underwriting, marketing listings, building new and existing client relationships, and deal negotiations. The role involves working closely with Matt Colantonio and Baruch Edelkopf in both NYC-Metro retail, multifamily, and development to obtain, service, and execute investment sales listings. New hires will have access to the Team’s existing and new listings to help advance their participation in the market.
Pay
Commission-based role. No desk fees. The company pays for database and research subscriptions.
Qualifications
- Market Analysis and underwriting skills
- Deal Negotiation and Sales abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience in commercial real estate or investment sales is a plus
- Knowledge of retail real estate market trends
- Microsoft Office suite experience
