The 2,664-square-foot convenience store sits on approximately 0.321 acres at the northwest corner of Long Beach Road and West Cortland Avenue.
The seller was exclusively represented by Matt Colantonio of Schuckman Realty Inc. The buyer was represented by Harmanak Singh of Acquire NY Real Estate Inc. The transaction closed on June 10, 2026.
This sale marks the third time Schuckman Realty has successfully sold the property, having previously completed transactions for the asset in 2021 and 2022.
