Ryan joined Schuckman Realty in August 2021 with a focus on both tenant and landlord representation throughout the metro NY area, with a focus on the boroughs. With this re-sponsibility, he functions include prospecting new business opportunities, marketing assigned exclusive listings, and as-sisting on site selections for many retailers.Prior to joining Schuckman Realty, Ryan was the director at Golden Key Realty Group, as an associate assisting tenants and landlords across Queens and Brooklyn. Ryan graduated from Baruch College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business majoring in Real Estate Finance. He then went onto to attain his Masters in real estate development from Zicklin as well in 2020.
