Ryan Adhami is an Associate Broker at Schuckman Realty, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation across the New York metropolitan area, with a focus on the outer boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, and Northern New Jersey. Ryan’s work is divided between tenant and landlord advisory, enabling him to deliver comprehensive insight and value to clients on both sides of the transaction.
On the tenant side, Ryan has completed numerous notable transactions for national, regional, and emerging brands. His recent deals include 6,800 SF lease in White Plains for the Michelin restaurant, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, for their first Westchester location, Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken’s roll out across metro NY with leases in Yonkers, Centereach, Westbury, Long Island City, White Plains, and Bayonne NJ. Ryan has also assisted Four Leaf Federal Credit Union, a Long Island–based financial institution in their Queens roll out with recent branches in Long Island City, Bayside, Forest Hills, and Jackson Heights. Additional transactions include Lockwood Shop’s 6,500 SF flagship relocation in Astoria, and a handful of NYS licensed cannabis dispensaries for Just a Little Higher across Queens.
On the landlord side, Ryan represents ownership groups in leasing efforts and has recently completed transactions with Spear Physical Therapy and The Dermatology Specialists for a private Long Island landlord. He currently represents several key properties, including a current Staples site on Queens Blvd in Woodside, the former Rite Aid on Atlantic Avenue in Ozone Park, and a former 7-Eleven on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance & Development from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College
