๐Ÿฅ New York Cancer & Blood Specialists Signs Lease at 210 East 86th Street, NYC

Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce that New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) has signed a 10-year lease for the entire 6th floor (10,500 SF) at 210 East 86th Street, a premier medical office building located in the heart of the Upper East Side.

โ€œThis location is a strategic move for NYCBS, placing them in one of Manhattanโ€™s most prestigious healthcare corridors with close proximity to major hospitals and an affluent patient base,โ€ said Ari Malul, procuring broker representing the tenant on behalf of Schuckman Realty.

The lease was executed in June 2025, and NYCBS is currently in the process of building out a state-of-the-art oncology treatment center, which will offer services including medical oncology, infusion therapy, and advanced imaging. The facility will serve as a flagship Manhattan location for NYCBS, which continues its rapid growth across the region.

The landlord, Perlbinder Realty, was represented by John Ryan III and Peter Gross of Avison Young. The asking rent for the space was reported in the mid-$70s per square foot.

Positioned just steps from the Q train at 86th Street, the building offers ideal accessibility for patients and staff. NYCBS joins a strong network of healthcare providers in the area, including Lenox Hill Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine, reinforcing 210 East 86th Street as a destination for quality outpatient care.

Schuckman Realty congratulates NYCBS on this milestone and looks forward to the grand opening of their new Manhattan facility in the coming months.
