After graduating with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2017 with a degree in Business and Finance Steven began his real estate career by holding administrative positions in retail-focused real estate family offices before working for EMH Realty where he specialized in the sale and disposition of multi-family assets.
Steven joined Schuckman Realty after EMH was acquired by Schuckman in 2018. Since joining Schuckman Realty, Steven has expanded his skills into investment sales of commercial buildings as well as retail leasing having completed several transactions with notable national tenants.
Steven is currently spearheading the expansion of Atomic Wings, a national chicken wing QSR throughout the East Coast and is currently their exclusive broker nationwide, he uses Schuckman’s network of local brokers across the country to get deals done.
Most of Steven’s day-to-day focus is in NYC and the boroughs where he uses his expertise in retail leasing and investment sales to lease retail and then sell the building with its recent value-add, most recently facilitating the first Amazon-Go store in Brooklyn and currently marketing the building for sale.
Outside of real estate, Steven is a big water fan and volunteers with his expertise of many years as a lifeguard to treat disabled special needs kids with different forms of aquatic therapy.
