Joseph Rosenfeld is a member of Schuckman Realty Inc.’s Investment Sales team, where he focuses on the sale and disposition of investment properties in Central and Northeast Brooklyn’s Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail, and Development sectors.
Prior to joining Schuckman realty, Rosenfeld worked as an associate at Avison Young’s Tri-State Investment Sales Team, led by James P. Nelson, Principal and Head of Tri-State Investment Sales, from May 2017 until January 2020, where he concentrated on the sale and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use assets in Brooklyn and Queens. During his time at the firm (January 2018 to December 2019), the team was responsible for the sale and disposition of 37 investment properties worth a total of $820,000,000.
Rosenfeld earned his Rabbinic Ordination as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from the Rabbinical College of America in Morristown, New Jersey, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
