Rockville Centre, NY., Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Schertz to their investment sales team. Mr. Schertz focuses on the sale of investment properties in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail and Development sectors in NYC Boroughs and Long Island Markets. Mr. Schertz will continue to assist the growth of the Schuckman Realty’s Investment Sales Team.
Prior to joining Schuckman Realty Inc. Mr. Schertz was an Associate Director at Avison Young’s Tri-State Investment Sales Team, a Team Lead by James P. Nelson, Principal and Head of Tri-State Investment Sales. where he focused on the sale and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use assets in the Boroughs of NYC. While at the firm (From January 2014 through September 2020), the team was responsible for the sale and disposition of 37 Investment properties with a total transaction value of $820,000,000.
Mr. Schertz earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University, and is a licensed associate real estate broker in the State of New York.
