Plainview, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of restaurant space at 1056 Old Country Road, Plainview, New York to Japan Express.
Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the landlord in a 10-year lease for approximately 1,450 square feet in the Morton Village Shopping Center.
The expected opening date of the restaurant is October 2020.
New to the Plainview market, Japan Express offers Japanese cuisine for dine-in and take out. Located next to the new Lidl Food Market, Japan Express is one of several new tenants expected to open in the Morton Village Shopping Center this year.
