Brian’s career in the commercial real estate business has spanned over four decades.
He first worked as a Retail Real Estate Broker for his first ten years, specializing in shopping center leasing in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. In addition to shopping centers, he was successful in leasing and selling eight vacant 7-11 stores representing Southland Corporation on an exclusive basis.
He entered the corporate real estate world as Director of Real Estate for Rite Aid Corporation for New York State.
Brian was Director of Leasing for several Shopping Center owners handling properties in New York, Connecticut, Georgia and Indiana.
For the past ten years he has been a Retail Real Estate Broker for Schuckman Realty Inc, both leasing shopping centers and representing retail tenants.
He has been successful representing Tropical Smoothie Café, Sticky’s Finger Joint, Music and Arts a division of Guitar Centers, Dunkin’ Donuts, Giunta’s Meat Farms Supermarket, Walgreens Drug Stores, Pella Windows Showrooms and many local and regional retailers on Long Island.
Brian has transacted in every town on Long Island and maintains relationships with past tenants as well as local and national landlords.
