In his capacity as the Analyst for the investment sales team, Mendy provides Opinion of Values and Underwriting Services for investment grade properties. In addition to his analyst activities, Mendy concentrates on brokering cash- flowing and value-add properties in Long Island and the outer boroughs of NYC.

Prior to joining Schuckman Realty, Mendy was the VP of Operations at EMH Commercial Realty, a boutique Brooklyn based investment sales brokerage.
Mendy graduated Cum Laude from Touro College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently resides in Cedarhurst with his wife and four children.
