Schuckman Realty Inc. Welcomes New Team Member Jack Bassal
Manhattan, NY., Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Jack Bassal to their team. Mr. Bassal focuses on Retail Leasing, including Landlord and Tenant Representation as well as commercial sales. The markets in which he is primarily active are Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens with his secondary focus being Long Island and Manhattan.
Prior to joining Schuckman Realty Inc (from 2016 – 2021), Mr. Bassal was with Mason Asset Management, where he oversaw leasing for Southeast and Northeast regions and handled the sale of several properties in their portfolio. He has done deals with national tenants and large organizations such as Crab du Jour, Verano Holdings Corp, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Label Shopper and YOYOSA.
