Lake Success, NY., Schuckman Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Rosenfeld to their investment sales team. Mr. Rosenfeld focuses on the sale and disposition of investment properties in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail and Development sectors in Central and Northeast Brooklyn Market.
Prior to joining Schuckman Realty Inc (from May, 2017 through January, 2020), Rosenfeld was an associate at Avison Young’s Tri-State Investment Sales Team, a Team Lead by James P. Nelson, Principal and Head of Tri-State Investment Sales. where he focused on the sale and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use assets in Brooklyn and Queens. While at the firm (From January 2018 through December 2019), the team was responsible for the sale and disposition of 37 Investment properties with a total transaction value of $820,000,000.
Rosenfeld earned his Rabbinic Ordination as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from the Rabbinical College of America in Morristown, New Jersey, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
