WHITESTONE, N.Y. — Schuckman Realty Inc. announced the lease of a 1,399-square-foot retail space to Dunkin’ at the new Whitestone Shopping Center, located at 153-17 Cross Island Parkway in Whitestone, NY 11357. The lease was arranged by Avi Schuckman of Schuckman Realty Inc.
Dunkin’ will join the center’s tenant lineup, anchored by Key Food, as the property continues to take shape along Cross Island Parkway. The space was leased at an asking rate of $97.50 per square foot.
Schuckman Realty Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the Whitestone Shopping Center.
