Schuckman Realty Inc. Announces Off-Market Sale of 49 and 51 Cedar St. in Bushwick, Brooklyn

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Bushwick Brooklyn, November 2025: Schuckman Realty Inc is pleased to announce the off market sale of 49 and 51 Cedar Street, located in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The sale was handled by Baruch Edelkopf and Bryan Altamirano of Schuckman Realty Inc.

Both properties are newly constructed free market eight unit tax class 2B buildings. 51 Cedar was built in 2018 and 49 Cedar in 2015. Each property features a roof deck, private gym, laundry facilities, and a backyard. The apartments consist entirely of two bedroom units, each with its own private outdoor space. The properties sold for a combined $6,300,000, representing approximately $572 per square foot and a 6% cap rate.

The seller was Minotaur Management, the original developer.

The buyers were Partners Path Capital, led by Alex Lebowitz and Ethan Bloomberg.
