Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty Leases Multiple Spaces at Islandia Shopping Center
Islandia, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of three retail spaces in the Islandia Shopping Center at 1750 Veterans Memorial Highway, Islandia, NY 11749. Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the landlord in three 10-year leases for the following:
- Medwell Spa & Yoga Studio of Islandia who will occupy 3,200 Square Feet at 1726 Veterans Memorial Highway.
- Long Island Wings and Things who will occupy 1,920 Square Feet in a former pizzeria located at 1712 Veterans Memorial Highway
- Stand Up MRI of Islandia, who will occupy 3,200 Square Feet at 1706 Veterans Memorial Highway
The Islandia Shopping Center, which is located 1/4 mile south of the Long Island Expressway at Exit 57, welcomes Stand Up MRI of Islandia to their new space, as well as Medwell Spa & Yoga Studio of Islandia, and Long Island Wings and Things, who join tenants Walmart, TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, AT&T, VERIZON, Sterling Optical, Dave & Buster, Stop & Shop and many other fine shops at the center.
