Bryan Altamirano

Investment Sales Analyst

Bryan Altamirano is a commercial real estate professional originally from Petaluma, California. A graduate of St. Vincent de Paul College Preparatory in 2017 and went on to earn a dual degree in Economics and Anthropology, along with a minor in International Business, from Santa Clara University in 2021.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Bryan developed a strong work ethic and a deep connection to his community early on. After college, he joined Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc., where he gained hands-on experience in leasing and sales across multiple asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily. Working closely with senior partners, Bryan was mentored by some of the top commercial real estate professionals in Northern California. His academic background allows him to interpret how macroeconomic trends influence real estate strategy and investor behavior. In addition, Bryan’s strong ties to the Latino community —and his fluency in Spanish—enable him to build trust with a broad network of property owners and investors.

In 2025, Bryan relocated to New York City and joined Schuckman Realty as part of its Investment Sales team. As a member of the firm’s Investment Sales team, Bryan focuses on mixed-use and retail properties throughout New York City’s outer boroughs, with a particular interest in emerging neighborhoods and value-add opportunities. He was drawn to Schuckman Realty for its collaborative environment, institutional knowledge, and strong presence in the local investment sales landscape.
Outside of real estate, Bryan is a certified group fitness instructor who enjoys boxing, coaching others, and maintaining an active lifestyle. He brings the same energy, focus, and resilience to his fitness discipline as he does to his professional career—qualities that help him stay sharp, goal-oriented, and deeply engaged in every transaction.
