Schuckman Realty continues to demonstrate its leadership in New York City commercial real estate with a series of significant leasing and investment sales transactions spanning Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. These recent deals highlight the firm’s strength across retail, medical, and mixed-use sectors, as well as its ability to support both growing brands and institutional operators.
In Washington Heights, Schuckman broker Ari Malul negotiated a 35,469-square-foot, 10-year lease for New York Cancer & Blood Specialists at the iconic Radio Tower & Hotel property. The multi-floor medical space will support the provider’s expanding oncology services in Northern Manhattan, bringing advanced care to a growing community.
NYCBS also expanded its Manhattan footprint with a new flagship location at 210 East 86th Street on the Upper East Side. The 10,500-square-foot, 10-year lease will house oncology, infusion therapy, imaging, and related services, strengthening the group’s presence near major hospital systems.
On the retail side, Schuckman broker Ryan Adhami secured a new lease in Chelsea, bringing Carvel and Cinnabon to 251 Eighth Avenue. The 1,000-square-foot deal reflects continued demand for high-visibility Manhattan retail, even in a competitive market.
In the Bronx, Steven Hakakian represented Atomic Wings in leasing a 1,090-square-foot space at 4720 Third Avenue, supporting the brand’s steady regional expansion and adding another fast-casual option to the neighborhood.
Schuckman’s Investment Sales team also closed the $14.7 million sale of 137-20 Cross Bay Boulevard in Ozone Park, Queens. The 32,000-square-foot, fully leased retail center—home to national tenants including Panera and Dollar Tree—was acquired by New Jersey-based investors, underscoring strong demand for stabilized retail assets.
Finally, Burnside Commons in Inwood is undergoing modernization with the addition of Tesla electric vehicle charging stations in its parking lot. The grocery-anchored center’s upgrade reflects a growing focus on sustainability, convenience, and customer experience, while select retail opportunities remain available.
Together, these transactions reflect Schuckman Realty’s ability to navigate diverse asset classes and neighborhoods, connecting tenants, investors, and communities through strategic real estate solutions across New York City.
