Whitestone, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing and relocation of an existing Rite Aid to Walgreens in Whitestone Shopping center at 15317 Cross Island Parkway in Flushing, NY 11357.
Kenneth Schuckman of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the landlord in a 10-year lease for approximately 7,309 square feet at a new location in the center. The tenant, Walgreens was represented by Michael Riley of Jones Lang LaSalle.
This relocation and rebranding marks the start of a full redevelopment, expansion and modernization of the Whitestone Shopping Center.
