Jeremy Nowak of Schuckman Realty Leases 735 Ninth Ave. to Cajun Restaurant, Shaking Crab
Manhattan, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of 735 Ninth Avenue to a Cajun restaurant called Shaking Crab. The space was most recently home to the Sound Bite Restaurant.
Jeremy Nowak of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the tenant in a 10-year lease to take approximately 1,250 square feet on the ground floor with a full basement. The landlord was represented by Christine Traina of Douglas Elliman.
The new restaurant will be the Shaking Crab’s fourth restaurant in New York City, serving Cajun-style infused seafood boil. No information is available yet as to when Shaking Crab will open at this location.
